First of all, I AM a morning person, secondly I get organized the night before. I layout my workout clothes, shoes and socks and place them at the end of my bed. I also prepare a bottle of water the night before and I lay a hand towel on my front door knob so I know not to forget it. This saves me so much time in the morning so that I DON'T have to set my alarm
real early. Getting in a workout first thing in the morning sets the mood for me to stay positive and productive for the rest of the day.
